Self-sabotaging is one of my favorite subjects
We all partake in it, sometimes knowingly, most times unconsciously
And before we start labeling it laziness or lack of willpower, I would like to introduce the word “misalignment”
Don’t you love it when pieces fall in place at the right time the right place? When all your past efforts and hard work pay off?
This is why we need to 1/ know what our own form of self-sabotaging looks like and 2/ find our own strategies to get past it
