I had built what looked like an enviable career. Sixteen years in finance across three countries and three glamorous cities: Paris, London, and New York.

I’ve had senior roles and led global transactions: a title that opened doors, colleagues I genuinely loved, and a pretttty nice comp!

And yet, I knew there was a missing piece that kept on getting louder.

I stayed. Because leaving felt terrifying, because the golden handcuffs were real, because “should I stay or should I go” is easier to ask than to answer. Until life gave me a push I hadn’t asked for, and I finally made the leap.

I worked with a coach. I brainstormed, flip-flopped, and committed. Until I found my way to what I actually wanted, which turned out to be helping people like you do the same thing.

A decade later, I’ve coached professionals across finance, consulting, tech, and beyond, in New York, London, Paris, and globally, through promotions, pivots, leadership transitions, and the kind of career decisions that keep you up at night.

I know the game. I’ve played it at a senior level. And I know what it takes to change it: on your terms.
