One of my pet peeves is this idea that only a CEO or a Head of deserves the title of “Leader”
And of course, this is so far from being true
1/ because not everyone wants or even can be a CEO – you need the skills and the experience for that
2/ we each are born leaders in our own way – this is what makes us unique, and this uniqueness is what will get you promoted and paid as you deserve
What it takes is to get out of the mentality of one-size-fits-all, and lean into your inner leadership
