The Promotion

He was a Director at a major investment bank, technically excellent and well-regarded  but stalled. The MD promotion felt like it was 3 to 5 years away, minimum.

We worked on strategic positioning, stakeholder mapping, and reframing his narrative so the right people saw him differently.

He was promoted to MD in a fraction of the expected timeline, and picked up a significant regional leadership title along the way.

The Pivot

She was a consultant at one of the world’s top strategy firms; smart, accomplished, and completely done. She wanted out, but couldn’t see how her story translated to anything outside consulting.
