Change doesn’t need a crisis
Change doesn’t need a crisis in order to happen. It needs awareness. In order words, it doesn’t need to be painful or extreme.
Awareness starts with being present to our environment. The interactions, the information, the events.
By bringing our mind’s attention to what is presented to us, we pick up words, ideas, trigger points, i.e. messengers for parts of us that needed inspiration or healing.
The other component of awareness is tuning into our body’s responses. Feelings and emotions are our unconscious, gut feeling language of choice.
When we give an important moment the attention it deserves, whether it’s interacting with others or checking inside, we learn to recognize signals and prompts.
We decide to act and change, little by little. Or we can wait for a crisis to do so
